About: taiba khan

Taiba is a qualified counsellor, psychotherapist and Islamic scholar (Aalimah), with a rare depth of expertise across the emotional, mental and spiritual dimensions of wellbeing.

For over twenty years she has worked with women and girls — as a counsellor, a teacher, a public speaker, and a first responder supporting survivors of domestic abuse. That breadth means she understands not just the theory of healing, but the lived reality of the challenges women face, and how faith and emotional wellbeing so often meet.

Her approach is warm, grounded and without judgement. Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, a difficult relationship, or a crisis of faith, she offers a space where every part of you - mind, heart and spirit - is understood.
